This is Provident Mortgage Insurance in Orange County California.  It's a marketing approach to sell refinancing to mortgage holders.... in theory.   The calls to my home have no real caller, no message, no content.  100% annoyance.  When I got an answer there,  a staff member says she dislikes and tries to avoid auto-dialer and robo-calls.  Good FOR HER !!!!!
