Made an appt for a PG&E survey for Thursday 2 to 4. Called the next day to cancel. Got a call on my recorder on Wednesday saying they would be out on Thursday from 2 to 4. I called their number, got a recording, and said not to come, appt. cancelled. An hour later someone in PG&E uniform came to door, saying he finished up early in area and would do the survey NOW.
I said appt. was cancelled and not to come back.
