Same here...received a bloody text!
and the text - that doesn't even make any sense.

I am receiving it once a week and getting charged international rates. Received 4 so far...

my cell just sent a message with jibberish to this number and then I got a text back with different jibberish.... this must be some kind of malware or?

got a 'sent text meessage charge on my bill for this. never sent any message to this number, it's not in my country.
