Who called from 9253592404

Repeated calls. Never leaves a voicemail. Never hear anyone when I pick up. I just hear a 'click' about 3 seconds after I pick up. If I don't answer it, my phone only rings three times, not seven like it does with a normal phone call. Can anyone explain?

This number called me at 3pm today and left no voicemail. It's from the East San Francisco Bay Area.

Called me twice this morning. Both times my phone only rang twice before the call ended. No voice mail left.

Same here today.  Called twice, didn't recognize the number so didn't answer, rang twice and hung up.

Called for my brother who died 2 years ago
