I did not answer nor did they leave a message. Probably a telemarketer. Caller ID listed the number ad originating in Walnut Creek CA. I blocked the number.

Called - no message left.

Spoofed number. Has called twice - just silence when answered.
Probably a robodialer running too fast for the boiler room scammers.
