Every time they call they hang up on me when I'm in the middle of asking them to remove me from their calling list. I'll say "Please remove me fr---" and the call is ended. It's very frustrating because I think that because I don't finish the sentence, they don't remove me from the list. I know that if you ask them to remove you from their calling list they legally have to stop calling you, I think. So, this is their way around it and they call almost every other day. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice?
It was a guy who sounded like he had an Arabic accent Call our shop and wanted to know the status of our Credit Card Machine. We told them we don't give out information over the phone. And we hung up.
