Person tried to offer employment (unknown and undefined); would not identify herself. No introductions.

Caller says "My name is Jo and I'm a hearing officer calling on a recorded line". Then the line went dead. I got a call 2 days ago with the identical first words from a different #  (925) 297-4825

This person calls me from a different number several times a day. So annoying.

Said he was calling from a care giving org. Said call was being recorded. "Can you hear me okay?"

Called my cell. No message. Blocked number.
