Claims to be "energy savings program of PG&E." PG&E call would not display as "unavailable." It would display as "PG&E."
There is also a spoof out there which uses the PG&E number, 1 800 743 5000, and displays as "TOLL FREE CALL." PG&E is aware of this, but has done nothing to stop it. (I called PG&E to complain some time ago.)
