Not sure why I got this, Ive signed for every do not call list I see

Called asking if I am a home owner. Then dangled a huge energy bill reduction in front of me. When I told them I am not a home owner but would like to relay the information to another home owner and then asked for further information, they said they can only speak to a home owner and that they would have to let me go.

Called but leave no message. I guess from signing up to Solar Panel project online

Why does putting a number on the Do Not Call list result in calls from telemarketers? Grrr. I got one too.
