Called my cell phone which is on the do not call list. Commercial robocall having something to do with energy bills, I hung up after that. Since robocalls are illegal in California and advertising robocalls are illegal under federal law, these guys can't possibly be legit.
I also got a call from these folks, and I'm on the Do Not Call list, not that it matters. It's maddening getting these calls, especially on my cell. This was something about government qualifying for help with electricity bills.
