Who called from 9254298596

Called numerous times on my cell phone. No message left

Just received a call from this number.  They asked if they could speak to me (they used my name) and then they hung up on me immediately.  It sounded like they were calling from a busy call center.

They have been calling my wife's cell for the last few days.  Tried to call back to get rid of them, but no answer and the vmail mailbox was full.

Got a call from (925) 429-8596. This has been going on for some months.  Calling back gets a full voicemail.  
Who are these irritating people?

Called here, wife answered.. nobody on line.
