Recorded message starts out with, "HI! This is Elizabeth with the xxxx resort center..." Received same spam call while in a hospital last week. Difference is that last week's call was via hospital's direct lane line into my room, whereas today's spam was to my cell #. Caller ID only reveals location and source as "Concord, CA & Non Fixed Voip phone number". Blocking all future calls using Android app, HIYA.
