Keeps calling

I keep getting called from this number and they never leave any type of message. Received 10 calls yesterday from another number and they wanted to sell me solar panels. I informed them I am on the no call list and how did they get my number? She stuttered then tried to yell at me for asking and being difficult. I did not realize asking someone a simple question was being difficult.

I have received 5 calls in the past two days I did not answer any of them They leave no message. Name on caller ID is HOMEPROJECT NET.

Keeps calling and the ID is Home Project.Net. They don't leave message. We don't answer unfamiliar number and area code. If it is important they will leave a message.
