Called 5/28 at 4:15PM, caller ID: "California Call" and was the second call from these dirt bags, 1st called on 5/27 at 5:46 PM, no msg both times. Another new number on my list. Don't know for sure, but I suspect that this goes with 439-8581 and 439-8496 and 4389-8620 and did not answer any of them, so don't know. Suspect the solar outfit out of L. A., A-1 Solar Power aka National Renewable Energy Center-aka DIRT BAGS.
Yet another new number from the low-life solar energy lead generating team.
Numbers are all non-working spoofed or skype numbers from Pittsburg CA.

You can see that they are regularly incrementing their spoofed number to dodge call blockers.
You almost never actually talk to a person as their auto-dialer is running too fast for the 'marketer'.
However, they have been rude to me and to my answering machine in the past.
Asking to be removed from their list does not good.
(The caller is paid near minimum wage and has no control over the calling list.)
I told them I was renting and they were wasting their time and mine, but the calls continue.
They try to dodge the DNC list by talking about energy conservation, but it is a telemarketing call.
They are generating leads to sell to solar installation companies (maybe reputable maybe not).
This means they are breaking the law by making the call to DNC numbers and not removing when asked.
Why should anyone trust them or the companies they pass leads too.
This type of scum gives solar energy a bad name.
2nd call in 2 days. Still the solar energy company mentioned above and still using an auto dialer. As soon as you answer the first time, your number goes on a "good number" list and the calls continue.
