No caller ID, simply California call.  Calls at 8 in the morning and leaves no message.

these idiots need to stop calling me and saying nothing/hanging up

I get calls from (925) 439-8787 and (925) 439-8741 nearly every day around 8 AM. Same as the posts above: no one replies when I answer, and no message is left. When I answer, there is usually a 5 second delay and then a short 'blip' of noise, that sounds like maybe part of a conversation.
