I don't know who this caller is, but suspect that it is Eskanos & Adler - a collection agency that sues people, but because they violate the law, do not collect.  I'd like to know if others have been called by this number, because I am uncertain who it is.  The other alternative in my case is that it is a medical bill collector, because I have medical bills.
