Who called from 9255218419

Received call yesterday. Answered and person said hello twice then hung up. I get a lot of scam/ market calls despite on DNC (does not work)

Called me but didn't leave voicemail.

925-521-8419 called and left no version.

Left no message. blocked.

called 2x, a few minutes apart, leave no message.  says its a private number.  Oddly just a few minutes before they calaled my computer screen came up with a message saying computer being attacked with numbers to call (had to shut down computer to exit!)
