Who called from 9255296003

I got a call from this company and when i answered they hung up.

Got a call from 925 529-6003.  There was a long pause followed by caller saying "wrong number".

They called and hung up. When I called back there was music. very rude.

When I answered the telephone, the caller said wrong number and hung up.

My cell phone showed the number calling to be just 6003.  When i answered, nobody was there, and there was no message, no music, nothing---yet they call me three times every day.
