I just got call from this number soon as I said hallo they hanged up on me

I get  repeated calls from this number that I do not recognize. They never leave a message and I do not answer it.

I keep receiving calls from 925-529-8485; id indicates "CALIFORNIA" . How do I stop these callers from calling throughout the day without leaving a message.
