They keep calling and no one ever answers. How do I stop this from happening. I almost dropped my baby the other day when a call came in from these morons, only to have NO ANSWER on the other end.

They keep calling, never leave a message when goes to answering machine nor do they say anything when I answer the phone, only hang up. It shows up on the caller ID as "California".
