I received a call a few weeks from this number and the person asked for me by name.  Not thinking much about it I said "yes" and then the voice when very garbled so I hung up expecting a call back but nothing.  I called them back and got a "Customer Service" voicemail but no business name.  Didn't think much of it but I got another call last week so I checked online for the number.  Sounds like others have the same issue but how do we get this to stop without paying for a call block service??
