surveyor/telemarketer calling in response to some service i got on my car at the car dealer some months back. very pointless call and their phones must have poor connection cause the call kept cutting in and out. So i hung up and that was the end of that.

They are a company who your car deal hires to bring back "inactive" customers for service.

caller was breaking up real bad and phone disconnected. I usually don't answer these calls but it looked close to a business I am dealing with.
