don't know who this is - trying to collect money - no other message.

my cell is a company phone.  when I answer, no one responds.  I wait a minute and say Hello again but no answer.  Then I hang up.

received two calls back to back.  who are they?  the call originates from the east bay in northern california.

recieved a call with no with a silent voicemail, but when i called back it went directly to voicemail. It just says "This is customer service, please leave a brief message" and it sounds like a cell number. kinda sketchy
