no one on other end of phone - called at 7:12 pm

I just received a call from the too..California Police YC. When i call back the line is busy...

got a call that if i wanted to donate for charity, and when i asked questions he got angry and hung up on me.

I just got the same call California Police YC. when I call back the phone just ran.... no one answer

06/21/10 8:28pm: This number appeared on my caller ID 925-602-5136 CA POLICE YC.
I called the number concerned someone in my family was dead or in trouble.  Phone rang 12 times then switched to fast busy..  Confusing????  I am located in Sacramento County California.
