Who called from 9256102558

Received a call from this number. Left no message to the answering machine.

When I answered, a woman said Hello and then hung up! Why do these folks bother us so much despite being on the Do Not Call list

Called - didn't answer - they didn't leave a message.

A  man asked, "are you so and so?" I asked who is calling? He asked me again, "are you so and so?" I said you need to tell me who you are because you called. Asked me again if I was so and so and I refused to tell who I was and stayed on the phone. He hang up after a few minutes.

This number calls me several times a day...and has for several weeks...   I never answer, they never leave a message.
