Female said from BofA left message on my cell phone for a Tiffany about vacation/hours. Called the number and it was BofA's automated number for account details. Online shows BofA's with same number for Concord to Brentwood. Few months back received multiple messages from H&R Block/Brentwood asking if a Tiffany was still coming in for appointment. They answered and haven't called back after I told them there is no Tiffany at my number.
Received a call from this number. Ended up being Bank of America's Level 3 Online Banking Tech Support department regarding a support ticket I placed, so the call was legitimate.
