Who called from 9256920015

Called 10/3 at 8:50 PM. The caller ID reads as "CA POLICE YC" which returns this scammy-sounding organization:

Call rang on my cell phone.  No name, just number.  No answer, but kept the line tied up for 1.5 mins.

we have repeatedly received calls from this number.  No one ever there, and always later in the evening(usually just when you are putting the kids down).

this is a [***] california police youth fundraising call center.

got a call @ 9:00p on a wednesday night, told the guy it was not a good time, and he yelled some BS and hung up.
