The same problem when I answer- no one answers, no message, and it calls with different numbers. I finally was so irrated by the call that I did a google search and found this.
This is one of more then a dozen numbers from the same area code and prefix that calls my cell phone, leaving no message on voice mail or not speaking when I answer.
