This call is from Washington Mutual. They either disregard or else cannot read CERTIFIED Do Not Call latters. Their arrogance exceeds only their harrassment! We are noyifying the Texas State Attorney General's office, and sending a copy of the No Call Letter (via certified mail) to the CEO of Wa Mu, Mr. Kerry Killinger, Pres, & CEO, Washington Mutual, 1201 Third Ave., Seattle, WA 98101. If anyone has succeeded in getting these creeps to back off from their harassment, please let us know!
I know I am behind, but when I made a payment last time to get caught up, they charged me a fee of 9.95 and never told me that they would. I hate this bank and can't wait to pay off this credit card. They say they are the nicest back, bull crap.
