The lady on the phone said she was from the fraud department and since I had my credit card stolen in April and had made this person go to jail, I started to answer her. She was not very nice on the phone and she said that it did not add up right and that she had talked with the suspect's wife. Now can you believe that after your a victim of a identity theft she was going to choose the wifes story. I had to call the district attorney to call this lady(Patti) at a 1-800-999-7597, but on my caller id the number of 925-738-5643 came up. Washington Mutual had already sent me papers and i sent them back with the police report and charges did disappear and then I got this call from this lady and she was really nasty.
