This number is used by 2 teenage girls (T&N) to call my son. He knows them from school from about 5 years ago but is not interested in talking with them. I have told T&N that he is not interested in talking with them as he now lives in a new state and has new friends. Their response was to call numerous times (4) in the middle of the night until I had all anonymous calls blocked. It is their school vacation so once again they began calling. After numerous calls (5), we have now blocked this number as well.

You could file a police report in the state and county you used to live in, and ask the police to visit and give the girls a warning in the presence of their parents. Blocking the calls is good, however, be aware that they may start to call from other numbers too.
I went through this with my daughter when she was a young teen - she prank called a boy she really liked and the first I knew of it was when the boy's mother showed up - his mom is a policewoman (and friend). I was mortified and asked my friend to give a stern warning on the possible consequences of prank calls. She never prank called anyone again!
