I believe this is a credit card scam. The call starts off with a recording to lower debt on your credit card but gives no option at the end to be removed from the call list; only the option to speak to an operator, so I did. After he answered and said his little spill I asked what I had to do to be taken off the call list. At that point he began saying obscene things to me using the most nasty words he could think of, when he stop talking I said " just take me off your list " so I guess the only option is to block the number. If anyone has another idea I would love to hear it.
