Same here. He knew my name and said he had previously services our air ducts. We've never had this service done by anybody, it's a brand-new house lol. When I told him this he hung up on me. Few weeks later he called back and tried the same crap. When I reminded him that he had hung up on me previously, he said I'm sorry? And then hung up lol. I never manage to get the name of the company.

Not sure why our phone would register an ID name and the device has nothing - I suppose this has happened frequently and I just haven't paid attention before. Anyway, caller hung up on our machine and left a dialtone behind on the recording. I *hate* that.
