recd a call a day & called them back today-background noise typical of call center-said they wanted to give me referrals to college

Just had a call from 5102141245 North American Direct Services at 9:20am about a survey I won a million dollars. Then, at 9:55am I answered a local 925 number, first a woman said hello, then a man came on to say " This call is recorded for training purposes..." I hung up

Got a call today, did not answer.
So tired of all these telemarketing/scam calls !!!!
