my cell was called while I was on another call. 925-827-5207 left me a text message stating "page from 925-827-5207". I texted back requesting their business name. Got a text back from

Obviously a bogus, Spam call in the first place, soliciting unlawfully by robodialing cell phones. And then robo-offering to "help" by charging you $.25/call to have texts forwarded! Refused to reply with business name. Originator should be burned at the stake.
