They have called twice now.  I called back on an old mobile phone and a gal name Dianne answered.  When asked she said this was Bank of the West.  I hung up.  I do not know this bank and do not do any business with them.  There is a legitimate Bank of the West but I have no idea if this is for real, but in any case they have no business calling me.  This number is now on my "Bogus" list.
