same here. seems like a spoofed .local cal from my same area code...l .. a voice answered asking if I was mr 'me' and hung up. I called back immed. but said this number is no longer in service. Sounds fishy
Blocking depends on what phone you have - if it is a home phone a Panasonic model (dunno which) can block up to 250 numbers - search for call block 250 numbers and the model will pop up . cell phone depends on model and software ..... I have an iPhone an I can hit the info button scroll down and block number..,. I'm sure android phone have a similar feature ..,,it is not phishing - phishing is a web page masquerading as a legit site (ie bank) to trick you into giving your password so they can take over your account and transfer funds - good luck and if all else fails put on lousy music and set the phone down..... Irritate them while eating their time- power to the people who want to be left alone!
