It's Contra Costa Times trying to collect late subscription payments. I already sent a check to CCT and they have cashed it. I have unsubscribed and asked that they do not contact me anymore.
They call nearly every day. I answered once and told the call center that the check was cashed and the lady said "okay we'll update our records". Yet they still [***] call me nearly every day at about 8:30 PM. I sure do regret subscribing to your newspaper, CCT.
They have called twice and got my voicemail and the woman just says "Hello, hello" as if she doesn't realize she is talking to a machine. When I called the number, a recording says "Thank you for calling your local newspaper. Please hold for a representative." So, it must be the Contra Costa Times or a San Francisco paper trying to sell a subscription.
Calls received on my cell phone---20 times a few seconds apart. I have blocked the number. Calling back and no one picks up. These need to stop. How to do it?
