The caller (telemarketer) asked if I was still a real estate agent in the area that I am licenses, I said yes, then they went into their canned rehearsed hey Im reading from a script so be nice to me wanna be presentation. I asked the guy if he was a real estate agent and he said no. I hung up. Check out the fees , condidtions, and terms of this company, they are tragic to say the very least. If you are a licensed real estate agent or broker reading this, you can generate your own leads , you do not need a company like this.

Beware of this telemarketer! They claim they have qualified buyers to refer to you. They are just selling names of people you know nothing about. Big scam!
