This number called my cell phone at 2:08 pm, today 6/12/2017. It's a robocall that starts playing as soon as the phone answers as it's evidently playing right through my outgoing message. Thus the reason why Google Voice picks up part of a message. Google voice captured this message:
"today. The bad credit is permanently deleted from the three major bureaus and scores increased dramatically press one to speak to a certified credit specialist and improve your score or press 2 to decline this offer and be permanently removed from our list."

Received a second call from these people from a different number after I blocked the number above. This call came in to my cell phone at 5:05 pm today, 6/12/2017, and purports to be from Texas instead of Arizona like the call above. This time the number is 430-255-9677. The message is exactly the same as above word for word.
