Seems to be another slimeball fishing for active numbers. When you call it back it is a busy signal all the time.

Called at 2:15 this afternoon; left no message. Based on posts from other similar websites, it appears this is the Microsoft scam and they are faking the info (name & number) in the caller ID. So they're trying to scr*w you and at the same time they're scr*wing the person who really owns that number. Nice.
