Who is this?  Left no message.

I answered and said "Hello" there was no response nothing then the call just disconnected.

They started off saying they were going to send me $100 a month and then i missed some parts (sounded like wind in the background) and then she said something about a diabetic then before i could say anything she asked how i was doing and wanted to verify some information. thats when i said i'm doing good but what are you calling for again? and she asked if i was diabetic i said no then she asked if someone in the household is diabetic and i said no then she asked if i had health insurance i said yes and then she said okay thank you have a nice day and hung up

Called said I was approved for $100, wasn't clear for what and wanted me to verify my address

I have 13 calls from this number and have not been answering, I wonder if they can be sued for harassment.  While I was diabetic, it is well controlled with diet and excercize and has been for many years and the lab tests show this.
