Got a call. On voice mail a woman said my first name twice as if she thought i was there. listening to the voicemail, there was a lot of background noise like a boiler room for scams.
It's a sales pitch. if you call back they answer as "social services" then tell you it's not a sales call but reference having visited Lower my bills and requesting info.
