Got a call from 929-000-7364. Unknown name. Did not answer. They hung up on machine. Doesnt appear to be a good area code just yet.....

Area code 929 is a planned overlay for area codes 718, 347, and 917 in the four "outer boroughs" (Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island) of New York City. The continuing exhaustion of phone numbers in the area led Neustar, the coordinator of the North American Numbering Plan, to announce[1], and New York State's Public Service Commission to approve, the overlay, in January 2010.
I did not answer the call when it came in but definitely getting tired of these unknown numbers coming in when I am suppose to be on the do not call list. Any suggestions?
These people have been busy! I didn't answer it, especially when I saw "000" as part of the number--that is always a 'heads-up' for me. (Ooops....did I help these slimy buzzards by writing that?? LOL Oh, well!!) Being on the National DNC registry means nothing, I am finding out. There are loop-holes to everything!! : )
