Have been calling 2-4 times a day, most times, there is no one there.  Other times, the connection is so poor, and it is someone with a Middle Eastern Accent, they say hello my name is Steve I am calling from and then they get disconnected.
I am on the do not call list, and even have an unpublished phone number and that does not seem to stop them.  If they are spoofing a phone number as most of the telemarketers are doing these days, then even if you call back what says is a Cell Phone, that person had no idea who you are and they really did not call you.  There is a spoofing software that they use, and for some reason the FCC allows it, and uses the publics personal Cell phone numbers to show up on caller Id boxes as someone else.

It is annoying as hell.

Call four times daily. I cannot block as it is listed as an invalid phone number

Rang 3 times. Did not pick up.  Caller ID just said New York.

Received call from (929) 202-8984, answered Det. Carter, how may I direct your call? No answer, called back via trip-tracer, no ring.
Sending uniformed officers to address.
