New York, NY. Telling me I have a law suit pendin against me. I needed to pay $500 now I said how do I know ur the irs becuAse I received a scam call 3 days early from the ara claiming I had been selected to receive $10,200 but it was also a scam so I asked the foreign man to tell me what info he had of mine he said what do u mean I said what's my physical address he said he had my address, social, and bank acct info not to worry about that. I said u don't have [***] or when I asked u to give me my home address u would give it to me and hung up. Beware!!!!
Received call from this # 929 214 1961 telling me that IRS had filed law suit in my name. I was to cll the above #. Just another SCAM. Would not give them the courtesy of a call I am so tired of having these calls at all hours of the day.
