Caller ID shows up as "neighbor." Just another in the thousands of bogus scam calls we've all been reporting. I pick up the phone on the 2nd ring and immediately click it off to break the connection. They get no answer and no voicemail. This method has really cut down on the number of repeat scam calls.

Saw this number in my "blocked call" inbound call logs. It's a robodialer since my phone system blocks all calls from robodialers. Any further information on the caller's identity is welcome.
A quick search revealed (929) 223-XXXX is not valid. However, 929 is a valid area code.

Actually, (929) 223-XXXX is a valid exchange according to the North American Numbering Plan Administration (nanpa.com) - check their "Central Office Code Utilized Report" found here:

Per the NANPA, the exchange (not this particular number) belongs to a telephone service provider called "TELENGY L.L.C. - NY". Still a robocall though; I let the answering machince pick up and they didn't leave a message.
