You have to ask yourself, why would someone call me to offer me a loan when I didn't apply for one?  Does that make sense to you?  These people offer loans and charge fees upfront which is illegal.  Don't apply for loans on the phone or by email.  If you need to secure a loan go to a reputable bank or credit union.  Read the FTC's advice here:
