Call is a "verbal notification" from "Dept. of Legal Affairs, U.S. Treasury" in regard to enforcement action.

Received call from 929-232-1051 re: legal action for non-payment of taxes to the IRS. Caller had heavy Indian accent so it was difficult to understand him. The IRS notifies people via U S mail, not with phone calls. I was told I was notified by mail in January 2016 and that notice was returned to the "Dept. of Legal Affairs". Also was told an agent came to my house and that never happened. I finally hung up on caller.

Same as described. I asked him how often his little scam actually works. I then explained to him how the legal system works in this country. Silence after that
