Who called from 9292389087

This number belongs to crazy russian man, he constantly calls to my cell phone. Person stated above, calls from this phone number every evening and sometimes at night. No response from my side; I found these calls unwanted, disturbing and harassing. I would like this number be blocked when he calls to my cell phone and a person calls from that phone 1-929-238-9087 to be arrested by police ASAP  
I have sprint pcs Provider.
